Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end construction activities for wind energy projects.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

- Manage construction teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- Oversee site activities including civil works, foundations, erection, electrical works, transmission, and commissioning.

- Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and project deliverables.

- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.

- Monitor project costs and implement measures to control construction expenses.

- Ensure compliance with approved engineering designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

- Implement and monitor HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment across project sites.

- Identify construction risks, resolve project issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, vendors, and external agencies.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Conduct regular site reviews and track project progress against planned timelines.

- Support commissioning and handover activities to ensure smooth project completion.

- Prepare and present project progress reports, construction updates, and performance reports to senior management.

- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, project execution, quality, and safety.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Significant experience in construction/project management within the renewable energy sector.

- Strong experience in wind energy project construction and execution.

- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

- Strong knowledge of construction planning, project scheduling, cost control, quality management, and HSE.

- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Professionals with strong experience in wind energy construction and project execution.

- Candidates with experience handling large-scale renewable energy projects will be preferred.

- Strong commercial and project-management orientation with the ability to deliver projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
