Description: Assistant Manager Digital Experience (Website)
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management & Updates
- Oversee daily site operations including product listing updates, banner changes, UX enhancements
- Coordinate with development team to ensure timely deployment of new features and bug fixes
Product Experience Optimization:
- Work with design and UX teams to improve customer journey, navigation, and page-level content (PDP, PLP)
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure on-page elements like Meta titles, H1s, and descriptions are optimized
Data & Performance Tracking:
- Use Google Analytics, GA4, and heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity) to monitor website traffic and performance
- Track key KPIs like bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and propose action plans
Project Coordination & Feature Rollouts:
- Act as a bridge between the tech and business teams during feature development sprints
- Maintain task trackers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Campaign & Merchandising Support:
- Support execution of new campaigns, seasonal refreshes, and collections
- Coordinate landing pages, navigation tags, and homepage banners in sync with brand goals
Skills & Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify/Custom CMS)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools
- Working knowledge of UX/UI basics and tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Performance Metrics / KPIs:
- Website uptime & speed optimization
- % Reduction in bounce rate or cart abandonment
- Conversion rate improvements
- Timely execution of feature launches and campaigns
- User experience feedback and QA accuracy
Preferred Background:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in ecommerce or D2C brand preferred
- Detail-oriented with a passion for improving customer digital experiences
