Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers.

- Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.

- Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members.

Channel Development & Partner Management:

- Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.

- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and

satisfaction.

Business Growth & Target Achievement:

- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.

Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Provide strategic insights and suggest corrective actions to remain competitive.

Compliance & Operational Excellence:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, business processes, and statutory requirements.

- Maintain transparency and compliance in all channel activities and partner dealings.

Reporting & MIS:

- Regularly update senior management with performance reports, sales dashboards, and critical insights.

Required Skills & Attributes:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domain.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
