About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader - Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and team leadership.

- You will be responsible for driving online growth, managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. ) to maximize ROI.

- Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.

- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc. ) and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

- Manage budgets, forecast digital marketing spend, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and advertising regulations.

- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.

- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.

- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
