About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced PR & Corporate Communications professional to lead brand reputation, media relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership initiatives for Jainam Broking. The role will focus on strengthening investor confidence and brand credibility through transparent communication, strategic storytelling, strong media relationships, and effective communication of the company's business, products, leadership, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy covering corporate, product, and leadership communication.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business, financial, and trade journalists.

- Identify relevant media opportunities and drive consistent, high - quality coverage for the company and its leadership.

- Create and manage press releases, media briefs, official statements, reports, leadership articles, and other communication materials.

- Develop compelling stories around the company's business, products, leadership, market insights, and industry developments.

- Track and analyze media coverage, sentiment, share of voice, and key narrative trends using relevant data and media monitoring tools.

- Develop communication strategies for crisis situations and coordinate with senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate responses.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment across all external communications.

- Identify relevant stories and insights from financial - market and industry trends to create opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.

- Strengthen the company's positioning and visibility across business and financial media.

- Manage external PR agencies, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and ensure measurable deliverables.

- Support leadership visibility through thought leadership articles, interviews, speaking opportunities, and media engagements.

- Maintain consistency in the company's messaging across different communication channels.

Requirements:

- 6 - 9 years of relevant PR experience, preferably within a FinTech company or with FinTech clients.

- Strong experience in media relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership.

- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of financial markets and the FinTech ecosystem.

- Good understanding of regulatory communication and the importance of accuracy and compliance in financial - services communications.

- Proven ability to develop relationships with business, financial, and trade media.

- Experience handling crisis communication and reputation management.

- Experience working with and managing PR agencies.

- Strong analytical ability to track and interpret media coverage, sentiment, and communication performance.

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross - functional teams.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast - paced environment.
