
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager B2C Branch Network to oversee branch operations, business growth, and client servicing within our retail network.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and compliance across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- This role demands a strong background in retail financial services, branch management, and people leadership, with a proven track record of growing revenue and expanding client bases in a B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations & Compliance:
- Supervise daily operations across assigned branches to ensure smooth functioning and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and internal company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits and operational reviews to maintain discipline and transparency.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, risk controls, and process improvements.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.
- Identify opportunities for client acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Establish strong local market presence and expand the branch networks customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients.
- Ensure superior client experience, satisfaction, and retention through personalized service.
- Address client queries promptly and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Leverage client insights to enhance product offerings and engagement strategies.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams to meet sales and service objectives.
- Set clear performance goals, review progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
Risk Management & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal audit standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk assessment reports for management review.
Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare and present branch performance reports, sales analytics, and revenue metrics to senior leadership.
- Utilize MIS and analytics tools to track business performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
