Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage new B2B retail business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors.

- Develop sales strategies and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Negotiate and finalize business contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Drive expansion of retail network in assigned regions through partnerships and alliances.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

- Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective targets.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer durables.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Good understanding of retail and distribution channels in the market.

- Analytical mindset with ability to prepare reports and business insights.

- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.

- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
