Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist (Manager Level) to lead content planning, development, and execution across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, enhancing engagement, and driving measurable business impact through strategic content initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to develop content experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and own the end-to-end content strategy across web, social, email, video, and offline channels.

- Create content roadmaps aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and business goals.

- Identify audience segments, user journeys, and content needs to inform messaging and story frameworks.

- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to craft compelling content themes.

Content Creation & Leadership:

- Lead a team of writers, editors, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality content.

- Oversee content production, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, videos, whitepapers, social posts, scripts, etc.

- Maintain a unified brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

- Review, edit, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.

SEO, Distribution & Channel Optimization:

- Collaborate with SEO specialists to build content that drives organic visibility, traffic, and search ranking.

- Ensure content is optimized based on SEO guidelines (keywords, metadata, readability, structure).

- Manage content across all distribution channels including website, email, social media, and paid platforms.

- Partner with social/media teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

- Define KPIs for content success and measure performance using data-driven insights.

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.) to track engagement, conversion, and content ROI.

- Implement continuous improvements based on insights and A/B testing results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, Brand, Growth, and Communications teams to align content with business priorities.

- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives with targeted content strategies.

- Partner with leadership on thought leadership, executive communications, and brand storytelling.

Governance & Quality Assurance:

- Establish and maintain a content governance framework, editorial guidelines, and quality standards.

- Manage editorial calendars, workflows, and content operations for timely delivery.

- Ensure all content adheres to brand compliance, accuracy, and copyright requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Content & Creative Skills:

- Strong experience in content strategy, storytelling, writing, and editing.

- Ability to create and guide long-form and short-form content with impact.

- Strong understanding of UX writing, brand messaging, and creative direction.

- Deep experience in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

- Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, etc.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).

- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

- Ability to lead and mentor a content team.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and production partners
