
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and report ROI.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance digital presence.
- Manage social media community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and partners to amplify brand reach.
- Develop monthly/quarterly reports on performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and executing social media campaigns for brands.
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
