Job Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

- Identify and engage potential clients interested in stock market investment services.

- Utilize cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase investment opportunities.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing market insights.

- Enhance client experience by ensuring timely support and a high level of service.

Market Analysis & Strategic Insights:

- Stay updated on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities.

- Analyze market data and client feedback to identify business growth opportunities.

- Incorporate industry insights into sales strategies to attract and retain clients.

Sales Process & CRM Management:

- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

- Ensure smooth client onboarding, guiding them through account setup and investment processes.

- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Product Knowledge & Training:

- Continuously enhance knowledge of stock market products, trading, and investment regulations.

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new services and financial market trends.

- Educate clients on investment risks, stock market basics, and potential returns.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management.

- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in sales or business development within the financial services or stock market industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client acquisitions.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of stock market products, trading, and investment basics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications related to finance, stock market operations, or investment advisory.

- Familiarity with stock trading platforms and investment analysis tools.

- Ability to adapt to fast-changing market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities
