Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Business Development:
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
Team Support & Coordination:
- Assist in managing and guiding sales executives to meet individual and team targets.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of sales team members.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, and key performance metrics.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, pricing policies, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and CRM updates.
- Support implementation of new sales tools and systems.
