Role Description:
- Market research, business developmet plans and negotiate contracts
- Scout and onboard franchise partners in high-potential and emerging markets
- Lead the expansion strategy across untapped territories
- Develop strong networks with local brokers, market influencers, and real estate agents to facilite franchsiee to scout locations
- Track competition and identify opportunities for first-mover advantage
- Be on the field interacting, evaluating, closing - 70-80% of the time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollouts and consistent brand experience
- Attend indistry events
Who aee were looking for:
- 15+ Experience in Retail Franchise Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
- Deep Knowledge of Market Research and Business Planning, especially Upper North India and East India
- Strong Relationship Management and Communication Skills
- Understanding of Franchise Operations and Compliance
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the fashion industry or retail sector is a plus
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A self-starter who thrives on travel, negotiation, and relationship building
