Senior Finance Manager - CA (8-12 yrs)
Role Purpose:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing core finance activities of Jai Finance, including financial reporting, accounting, regulatory compliance, taxation, reconciliations, audit and MIS, with a strong focus on NBFC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate monthly financial closure.
- Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Monitor expenses and budget vs. actuals.
2. NBFC Finance & Regulatory:
- Ensure finance-related NBFC/RBI requirements are completed on time.
- Support preparation and submission of RBI returns.
- Ensure appropriate accounting of loans, interest income, provisions, NPA and write-offs.
- Maintain required regulatory and financial records.
3. Treasury & Borrowings:
- Coordinate with Treasury for daily cash and liquidity reporting.
- Maintain borrowing, interest and repayment schedules.
- Monitor lender obligations and interest payments.
- Support ALM and liquidity reporting.
4. Reconciliation & Controls:
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile LMS/loan portfolio with books of accounts.
- Review disbursement and collection reconciliation.
- Strengthen financial controls and identify discrepancies.
5. Taxation:
- Coordinate GST, TDS and income-tax compliances.
- Review tax reconciliations and payments.
- Coordinate with tax consultants.
6. Audit:
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
- Provide audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Track and close audit observations within agreed timelines.
7. Co-Lending / Partner Accounting:
- Support accounting and reconciliation of co-lending transactions.
- Review partner settlements, collections and disbursements.
- Ensure timely reconciliation with lending partners.

Qualification & Experience:
- CA - Mandatory
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Knowledge of RBI/NBFC accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements.
