Role Summary
We are looking for a professional who can independently lead, obtain, and audit all statutory licences and accreditations for our rehabilitation centers. This role will own end-to-end regulatory compliance including NABH and other mandatory healthcare licences. The person should be hands-on, process-driven, and confident dealing with government authorities and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
- Identify and secure all mandatory licences required for rehabilitation and mental healthcare facilities.
- Lead the complete process for NABH accreditation documentation, implementation, gap analysis, mock audits, and final inspection.
- Ensure compliance with MHCA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities for registrations, renewals, and statutory approvals.
- Maintain an updated compliance calendar and ensure timely renewals.
2. Accreditation & Quality Systems
- Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs across centers as per NABH standards.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews across locations.
- Prepare centers for external audits and inspections.
- Track non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
3. Documentation & Process Management
- Draft policies, manuals, and documentation aligned with accreditation standards.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance dashboards.
- Train center heads and operational teams on compliance requirements.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Act as the single point of contact during inspections and audits.
- Present compliance reports to leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in hospital/rehabilitation accreditation and licensing.
- Proven track record of securing NABH accreditation independently.
- Strong understanding of MHCA and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
