Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director - Design to lead, mentor, and elevate our design team while shaping the creative culture of the organisation. The ideal candidate will oversee concept development, guide end-to-end design execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain world-class creative standards across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and mentor the art and design teams, fostering a high-performance creative culture.

- Oversee design projects from initial brief to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Manage and inspire the design team while driving ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

- Work closely with copy, strategy, and client-servicing teams for retainer brands as well as pitch presentations.

- Drive concept development, design ideation, and creative direction across multiple brands.

- Provide strong art direction, visual storytelling, and conceptual visualisation across all formats.

- Collaborate with clients, participate in presentations, and translate business needs into strong creative output.

- Ensure creative consistency across digital, social media, integrated campaigns, and brand touchpoints.

- Support creation of design assets, content pieces, and motion graphics by guiding relevant teams.

- Oversee usage and integration of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and emerging AI design tools.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and deadline adherence.

- Continuously explore new design formats, trends, and technologies to keep creative output innovative and relevant.

Skillsets Required

- Strong expertise in art direction, visualisation, and creative storytelling.

- Hands-on proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and AI-based design tools.

- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring design teams.

- Ability to conceptualise and execute designs independently as well as guide multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and integrated creative work.

- Ability to present, defend, and communicate creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of brand identity, digital design trends, and creative ecosystems.

- Ability to manage high-pressure workloads, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
