The ideal candidate will have robust connections in listed companies on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and will be instrumental in leveraging these connections to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Networking: - Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in listed companies on the NSE/BSE. - Identify and pitch to potential clients, showcasing how Jabroyd's solutions align with their ESG & Sustainability challenges. - Achieve growth targets by tapping into existing networks and securing business deals promptly. Solutioning & Consultation: - Understand the intricate challenges faced by corporates/industries in the realm of ESG and Sustainability. - Provide instant, tailored solutions to these challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Communication & Presentation: - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, ensuring the value proposition is clear and compelling. - Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas in a simplified manner. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: - Regularly gather feedback from clients and provide constructive insights to Jabroyd's internal teams for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure Jabroyd remains a frontrunner in ESG & Sustainability solutions. Required Qualifications and Experience: - A minimum of 2-5 years in business development, preferably in ESG, Sustainability, or related sectors. - Proven track record of securing business deals with listed companies on the NSE/BSE. - Strong understanding of the ESG & Sustainability landscape and the challenges corporates face in this domain. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders. - Ability to travel as required for meetings, site visits, and conferences.
