Job Overview : Jabroyd is seeking an Associate focused on Hydrogen to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of the green hydrogen commercial business model, AEM, PEM, SOEC electrolyzers, and fuel cells. They will be responsible for creating a business plan, implementing hydrogen-related projects, crafting investor presentations, and creating services and opportunities for businesses based on R&D results. Roles and Responsibilities : - Strategic Development and Implementation: Define and implement a robust business plan for hydrogen-related projects, outlining clear objectives, key performance indicators, and a roadmap. - Project Management: Lead the implementation of hydrogen-related projects from initiation to completion. Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Investor Relations: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to attract investors. Effectively communicate the company's hydrogen strategy, progress, and potential to stakeholders. - Research Translation: Analyze and convert R&D findings into commercial applications, creating opportunities for new services and business growth. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the hydrogen and sustainability sector to ensure our strategies are updated and innovative. - Business Consulting and Strategy: Provide thought leadership on hydrogen consulting and strategy, utilizing excellent communication, analysis, and business sense to drive key decisions within Jabroyd. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing hydrogen industry knowledge, insights, and updates regularly. Qualifications and Skills : - Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in hydrogen technologies or project management will be a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the energy, hydrogen, or sustainability sector. Experience in creating business plans, implementing projects, and building investor presentations is required. - Technical Knowledge: An understanding of green hydrogen commercial business models, AEM, PEM electrolyzers, and fuel cells. Experience in analyzing and translating R&D results into business strategies and services is required. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver compelling presentations to a range of audiences, from investors to team members. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make strategic business decisions. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams.
