Jabroyd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Development Associate / Manager, with a special focus on Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The candidate will drive the growth of the company's portfolio in these areas by identifying and securing business opportunities. Also, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current sustainability and ESG trends and practices, and the ability to translate these into profitable business strategies. - Immediate joiner to 30 days' notice period preferred. - Male candidates preferred. Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and implement new business opportunities in the field of Sustainability and ESG. - On-ground experience in business development for various industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textile, manufacturing etc. - Work closely with internal teams to develop service offerings that align with current market trends and client requirements in the Sustainability and ESG fields. - Develop strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, highlighting our company's commitment to Sustainability and ESG. - Assist in the development and implementation of the company's own Sustainability and ESG policies and procedures. - Support the sales team in proposal development and contract negotiations. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Studies, or related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA would be preferred. - Have existing connects with various industry clusters, SMEs, MSMEs, ISO verification agencies for business development and partnerships. - At least 2 to 7 years of business development experience, with a focus on Sustainability and ESG. - Demonstrated understanding of Sustainability and ESG principles and trends. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and project management skills. - Ability to translate complex sustainability and ESG concepts into clear, comprehensible business strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations. - Willingness to travel as required.
