Jabil - Operations Analyst

- The Operations Analyst will support core supply chain and procurement operations in a dynamic, cross-cultural team environment.

- This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow professionally.

- The analyst will be responsible for executing operational tasks with accuracy, supporting internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Operational Execution:

- Perform basic transactions such as requisition-to-purchase order (req-to-PO) and MRP runs across various tools.

- Execute and manage catalog management, PO management, master data management (MDM), spot buys, and helpdesk support.

- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Create and maintain purchase orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Resolve discrepancies in transactional data and escalate issues as needed.

- Ensure high accuracy in transactional activities and data handling.

- Team Collaboration & Communication
