General Manager Factory HR & Admin Location: - Faridabad Reporting Manager: Managing Director Purpose of the Position: - The position is to ensure that departmental procedures (Admin, HR-Factory, are followed at all levels and all factory related statutory compliances are achieved. Job Responsibilities: - To ensure Smooth functioning of Administration departments as per approved procedures. - To ensure Smooth functioning of Security departments as per approved Procedures. - To ensure optimum utilization of all company vehicles. - To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly. - To monitor in-out movement of all employees. - To ensure smooth functioning of CCTV cameras. - To ensure that pest control activities are done as per defined and approved procedures. - To ensure at all bio-hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendor as per approved procedure. - To monitor visitor movement inside factory premises. - To monitor first Aid Activities as per established procedure. - To ensure effective implementation of fire and safety management procedures. - To monitor and control contract labor management. - To ensure that salary, expenses and full & final settlement of all employees done in time as per approved procedure. - To ensure that all statutory compliances related to factory Act & Contract labor are fulfilled and maintained. - To ensure that personal hygiene is maintained by all employees. - To ensure that coordination is done with officials for external inspections. - To attend and resolve grievances raised by employee as per approved procedures. - To monitor employee engagement activity within the company. - Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager. The Job Responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time. CRITERIA FOR THE POSITION: - Experience: More Than 20 Years - Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation on regular basis. - Industry Type: IVD/PHARMA/MEDICAL DEVICE.
