Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Website Delivery Lead with 810 years of experience, including proven leadership in managing teams in India serving international clients, particularly in the UK and Germany. The role focuses on delivering updates and marketing campaigns on our in-house web platform while ensuring SEO best practices and performance reporting. This is a full-time, office-based role in Bangalore, working UK business hours. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day delivery of website updates, including content changes, page layout edits, and backend tool configurations. - Lead SEO activities: manage on-page SEO, optimize metadata, ensure proper tagging, and monitor search performance. - Analyze and report web traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. - Coordinate digital marketing activities such as banner uploads, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns. - Act as a bridge between UK/Germany client-facing teams and internal teams in India. - Lead a team of graphic designers and web support staff; ensure timely and quality delivery. - Maintain adherence to client brand guidelines and compliance standards. - Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement. - Deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports and project updates to stakeholders. Requirements: - 8 to 10 years of experience in website management, digital project delivery, or related fields. - Demonstrated experience leading India-based teams working with international clients. - Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, tools, and implementation. - Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager). - Familiarity with website CMS platforms and digital production workflows. - Excellent communication skills written and spoken English is a must. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - Professional demeanor: well-presented, well-mannered, and confident in client interactions.
