Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly energetic, skilled & experienced professional to join us in the Founders Office. With the Founders Office role you will develop investor relations, company initiatives and drive organisational capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and communication materials to existing and potential Tier-1 investors.
- Help coordinate and facilitate investor meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for all external parties.
- Build and manage all MIS/report requirements for the lead investors and board meetings.
- Support the Founders in addressing investor inquiries and providing relevant information and insights.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with follow-on investors.
- Develop company initiatives by performing industry research and analysis, customer research, including market trends
- Keep track of strategic projects alongside the project leaders, align & equip them with the right directions & data to drive the organisational capabilities effectively
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors/Masters degree with academic excellence
- At least 3-5 years experience in Investment banking / Consulting (MBB) / Prior VC / PE experience is preferred
- Very good in dealing with complex datasets, data modelling and marco-economic analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience in due diligence is a plus
- Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel modelling
