The CFO will create scalable,automated systems that support company's growth and profitability goals while enhancing transparency, compliance, and investor relations. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Bengaluru South. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive business strategy and support the growth of portfolio companies.

Qualifications

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance

- Experience in risk management and strategic financial planning

- Expertise in investor relations and fundraising

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with executives and stakeholders

- MBA in Finance or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus

- Previous experience in venture capital or private equity is preferred
