- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our channel partner ecosystem and accelerate business growth in the Mumbai real estate market.

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building, managing, and nurturing channel partner relationships, with a strong understanding of the Mumbai market and geography.

- This role demands a proactive professional with strong networking skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, develop, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth.

- Leverage an existing network of active channel partners, especially on Mumbais Western Line, to generate leads and close deals.

- Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners to expand the sales network.

- Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize productivity.

- Track and manage leads/opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement activities.

- Drive business by planning and executing field visits, partner events, and customer interactions.

- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management.

- Achieve sales targets consistently while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing business through channel partners within the real estate sector.

- Strong network of channel partners in Mumbai, especially across the Western Line, is a significant advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

- Excellent communication skills fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; additional languages are a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.

- A go-getter with a flexible, outcome-focused approach
