Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for real-time engagement.
- Define KPIs and regularly report on performance.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, DM creatives, etc.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
- As is the case with the rest of the team, you will be expected to feature in the content we publish.
Community Management:
- Build and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster conversations that strengthen brand affinity.
Influencer Marketing:
- End-to-end management influencer/creator collaborations.
- Identify influencers that resonate with our audience groups to forge short and long-term associations.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and platform best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with Tech, Ops and Business teams for integrated campaigns.
- Support paid media strategy with creative and audience insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, etc.
- Creative & strategic thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic to Intermediate experience in video editing and/or graphic design
- Proficiency in analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of paid media is a plus
