Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to own the end-to-end content lifecycle across digital platforms. The role involves planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content that drives brand visibility, engagement, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with data-driven content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Define and execute a content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals
- Develop content calendars for blogs, websites, campaigns, social media, and email marketing
- Identify content opportunities based on audience insights, market trends, and SEO research
Content Creation & Management:
- Create, edit, and review high-quality content including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and social media posts
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with designers, video teams, and marketing stakeholders for multimedia content
SEO & Performance Optimization:
- Optimize content for SEO, keywords, and search intent
- Track content performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and conversions
- Conduct regular content audits and updates
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to support campaigns and launches
- Manage internal and external writers, agencies, and freelancers
- Review and approve content deliverables for quality and accuracy
Governance & Quality Control:
- Maintain content standards, editorial guidelines, and approval workflows
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines
- Manage content publishing schedules and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in content management, content marketing, or editorial roles
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing
- Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms
Tools & Technology:
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
- SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Content collaboration tools and editorial workflows
