
- Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue generation in the assigned region
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver value-based proposals
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive funnel management
Candidate Qualifications:
Criteria Requirement:
- Education BE in Engineering (Electronics/IT/Instrumentation preferred) or Post Graduate
- Experience 4-5 years in B2B or Enterprise Sales; preference for Auto-ID or hardware sales
- Mobility Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
- Skills Solution selling, consultative approach, stakeholder engagement, territory coverage
