Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Own end-to-end mandate/project sales lifecycle, from lead generation to final closure
- Drive revenue growth, improve lead-to-conversion ratios, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans for mandate projects
- Analyze market demand trends and customer behavior to refine sales approaches
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, closure timelines, revenue per project, and team productivity
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, dashboards, and MIS for senior leadership
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent high performance
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous skill development
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven execution
- Process Improvement & CRM Management
- Continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and conversion mechanisms
- Ensure effective usage of CRM tools and sales software for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene within CRM systems
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and site visits
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
- Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns, lead generation activities, and branding initiatives
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market response
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures and project execution
- Reporting, Presentations & Strategic Planning
- Prepare detailed sales presentations, business plans, and performance reports
- Present insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Support leadership in long-term sales planning and business expansion initiatives
