
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the planning and execution of business strategies, operations, and objectives.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure consistent performance across departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in operations, sales, customer service, or project delivery depending on business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Contribute to budget planning, cost optimization, and revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and adherence to internal policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the General Manager and represent the company in external meetings or negotiations when needed.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture aligned with organizational values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA preferred.
- 1015 years of proven experience in operations, strategy, business management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience working across multiple departments or business units.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
