Job Description : Project Manager.

- Responsible for planning and executing sprints by defining clear sprint goals, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring timely delivery.

- Reviews performance at the end of each sprint and provides actionable feedback to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.

- Tracks project progress using tools such as Jira and GitHub, ensuring transparency and real-time visibility for all stakeholders.

- Works closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements and with Testers to ensure product quality, aligning all efforts towards sprint goals.

- Ensures strong implementation of Agile Scrum methodology and promotes agile practices within the team and across departments.

- Facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions for effective collaboration.

- Provides leadership to the project team, motivating members, fostering accountability, and encouraging continuous improvement.

- Removes impediments and roadblocks proactively to maintain steady progress and minimize delivery risks.

- Builds strong coordination between developers, testers, BAs, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business objectives.

- Demonstrates excellent multitasking skills, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

- Brings strong organizational skills to structure workflows, optimize resources, and maintain project timelines effectively.

- Communicates progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to management and stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence.

- Encourages a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance within the team.

- Relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred and considered an added advantage.

- Prior experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach within a software development environment will be valuable.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5 - 8 years in IT project delivery with at least 3 years as Project Manager/Scrum Master.

- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT; MBA or Agile/Project Management certification (CSM, PSM, PMP) preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile Scrum, Jira, GitHub, SDLC, and project tracking tools.

- Leadership & Management: Strong team-handling, sprint planning, stakeholder coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and ability to deliver quality projects within timelines.
