Description:
- Analyze performance marketing data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Track and evaluate CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI across products and locations.
- Monitor marketing team performance against defined KPIs and targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify leakages such as zero-conversion spends, high CPL zones, and low-performing campaigns.
- Work closely with performance, brand, and admissions teams to optimize spends and improve efficiency.
- Support budget planning and spend allocation based on historical performance data.
- Present insights in a clear, decision-ready format for leadership reviews.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnels, and attribution models.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaign analytics.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Google Looker Studio for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; dashboarding and data visualization experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
