About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Consultant & Curriculum Specialist to apply deep technical expertise in data science and AI to both practical projects and curriculum development.

This role focuses on translating industry best practices into instructional content and providing advanced technical guidance, without the primary function being full-time classroom instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Consulting & Project Application:

- Apply expertise in Data Science, Python, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Power BI, and related technologies to internal projects or industry consultation efforts.

- Provide one-on-one technical assistance and mentorship to junior staff or specific project teams as required, focusing on problem-solving and application development.

- Analyze, manipulate, and generate reports using data science tools and Ms Excel/Advanced Excel to solve complex business problems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and developments in Data Science, Python, ML, AI, Power BI, and related web technologies.

Curriculum & Content Development:

- Design, develop, and continually refine technical training materials, course curriculum modules, lab exercises, quizzes, and project specifications to ensure they are current, rigorous, and relevant to industry standards.

- Collaborate with trainers, instructors, and developers to integrate new technologies and methodologies into the existing program structure.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools, software, and learning platforms to enhance the quality of educational content.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities, contributing technical insights and strategic direction.

- Maintain accurate documentation related to curriculum updates, project specifications, and technical guidance provided.

- Foster a collaborative and technically focused environment within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education and Experience:

- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative or technical field.

- Experience: A minimum of 2 year of demonstrable experience as a Data Science developer, IT consultant, or in a related professional role involving curriculum development or technical content creation.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong, in-depth knowledge and practical experience in Data Science, Python programming, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, and data visualization tools like Power BI.

- Proficiency in working with databases and data science tools, as well as MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
