Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, youll be the driving force behind our Warehouse Management System offerings. From roadmap to release, youll lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customizable SaaS solutions tailored to enterprise clients in diverse regions. Your expertise will shape the future of warehouse technology.

Description:

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for WMS modules (e.g., receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping)

- Lead SaaS delivery initiatives for enterprise clients in the US and Middle East

- Manage customization and upgrade cycles to ensure seamless deployments

- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and customer success teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing solutions

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize product enhancements

- Monitor KPIs related to product adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction

- Ensure regional compliance and scalability across deployments

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of product management experience in WMS or supply chain software

- Proven success in SaaS delivery, customization, and upgrade management

- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B environments and warehouse operations

- Experience delivering solutions in both US and Middle East markets

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Good to have:

- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan, Oracle)

- Knowledge of regional logistics regulations and warehouse practices

- Exposure to AI/ML applications in warehouse automation
