Are you a dynamic leader with a strong background in education sales and a proven track record of driving admissions growth? We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and passionate professional to lead our Sales & Outreach efforts for Postgraduate Programs.
Role Overview:
Position: Head of Department - Sales & Outreach (PG Programs)
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Education / Higher Education
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive Sales, Outreach & Marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to drive PG program admissions
- Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships (colleges, corporates, counselors, etc.)
- Lead a team to achieve admissions and revenue targets
- Design and implement effective lead generation & conversion funnels
- Represent the institution at key events, seminars, and industry forums
- Regularly report performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Academics, Marketing, Digital, etc.)
Who Should Apply:
- Professionals with 10-15+ years of experience in education sales, admissions, or marketing
- Proven leadership in managing teams and driving student acquisition at the PG level
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ATL/BTL outreach campaigns and student engagement
- Candidates from an educational institution background preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
