About the Role:
ITM Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Placement Head PG Programs to lead placement and corporate relations activities for Postgraduate (PG) Programs. The role requires a strategic professional with strong industry connections, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving placements, internships, and corporate engagement for management and specialized postgraduate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Placements & Career Services (PG):
- Lead and execute placement strategies for postgraduate students across various disciplines.
- Drive final placements, summer internships, live projects, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
- Ensure achievement of placement targets in line with institutional goals and industry benchmarks.
Corporate Relations & Business Development:
- Build and strengthen relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs, and industry stakeholders across leading organizations.
- Expand and maintain a robust corporate network to create quality placement opportunities for PG students.
- Identify emerging industry sectors and establish strategic partnerships for recruitment and internships.
Placement Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement annual placement plans, recruitment calendars, and employer engagement strategies.
- Manage end-to-end placement processes including company outreach, job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Oversee campus, virtual, and hybrid recruitment drives.
Student Career Development:
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance student employability and industry readiness.
- Facilitate aptitude training, mock interviews, group discussions, resume-building workshops, and career counseling sessions.
- Mentor students on career planning and professional development.
Industry Engagement & Branding:
- Organize leadership talks, industry conclaves, networking events, guest lectures, and corporate interactions.
- Represent the institution at industry forums and professional networking platforms.
- Strengthen the institution's employer brand and visibility among recruiters.
Alumni Relations:
- Leverage alumni networks for placements, internships, mentorship programs, and industry collaborations.
- Develop long-term engagement initiatives with alumni working across various sectors.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor placement performance metrics and prepare regular MIS reports and placement analytics.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, offer documentation, and accreditation-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
