What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute full-funnel SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, technical, and AI-driven areas.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, freelancers, writers, and external agencies while ensuring high-quality output.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve visibility, traffic quality, lead generation, and revenue.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, category mapping, and competitive analysis for high-impact landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated content and SEO strategies aligned with revenue-focused objectives.
- Identify growth gaps, propose experiments, and implement strategic improvements to enhance organic performance at scale.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrable results in traffic, rankings, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and modern search experience practices (AEO, GEO, LLM SEO).
- Prior experience managing teams or leading cross-functional SEO initiatives with strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
