Role: Senior Product Manager / Product Manager II
Experience: 4-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging market insights and data.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer impact, ROI, and business strategy.
- Define and structure product workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop clear, actionable, and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver products successfully.
- Advocate customer success by understanding user pain points and converting them into impactful product features.
- Monitor competitor landscape and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ensure timely product delivery while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
- Drive adoption and measure success of launched features through data-driven metrics.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.
Skillsets & Requirements:
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Product Management in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and shipping successful products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and customer data for decision-making.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to execution.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or TravelTech/FinTech domain is preferred.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering delightful user experiences
