Marketing Communications Manager/Sr. Manager ITILITE is looking for a maverick marketer to lead marketing communications and enhance our mindshare globally. The candidate will need to develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, product and proposition and work closely with the marketing and the sales team to increase its visibility through brand marketing and field marketing globally. What you will be doing. 1. Own the marketing communications charter from strategy to execution to delivering desired results. 2. Increase the share of voice in the regions through channels like PR, media relations, analyst relations and speaker opportunities 3. Maintain a strong online brand presence through a multichannel approach including - social media, ORM, blogs etc. 4. Run on-ground and virtual events for ITILITE across the target markets to build brand equity and generate leads 5. Drive customer advocacy through strategic initiatives and programs for different geographies and products 6. Work with HR Team and leadership to boost employer branding 7. Build and lead the in-house marcom team and a network of agencies and partners to drive the marketing and demand generation function for ITILITE We want you if you have : - 6+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing in the US - Experience of marketing to CXOs or finance vertical in enterprises - Strong analytical skills: You love data and want to measure everything you do to find improvements - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Passion about building things from scratch - Experience with a product startup is a BIG plus
