Role Overview


- Act as an extension of founders - pick up whatever is high priority for the company and own it


- Drive high impact, high priority cross-functional initiatives critical to the companys growth.


- Projects typically are lead a P&L, lead a function or a specific business outcome


- Typical work is cross functional across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Supply, and Finance.


- Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently and in collaboration with different teams.


- Manage teams and own their performance outcomes within the first year

- Mayank Kukreja - IIMA Gold Medalist, IIT Delhi (CS). Worked at McKinsey & Myntra.


- Anish Khadiya - IIM Lucknow, IIT Kharagpur, worked at ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.

Hitesh Awtaney, Director Founder's Team: 4 promotions in 5. 5 years, leading demand generation and profitability for the US business.


Mrinal Ganapathy, Associate Director Founder's Team: 3 promotions in 3 years, leading US Customer Success and partnerships.


Arsh Aggarwal, India business head: Leading growth and P&L for ITILITE's India Business.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- At least 3 years of experience, with at least 1+ years in similar roles in high growth startups.


- B2B SaaS sales experience is a must-have, with a strong track record of driving revenue and scaling sales motions.


- Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus


- Problem-solving ninja with the ability to adapt and thrive when faced with new challenges.


- Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel, SQL queries, Google Apps Scripts, and AI workflows.


- Comfortable with technology and able to dive deep into aspects like APIs if needed.


- Setting high-performance standards and moving people to achieve them.
