Job purpose: ITILITE is in search of a skilled leader for content marketing, entrusted with guiding its path towards becoming the global leader in Travel & Expense SAAS. Having catered to over 500 corporate entities, facilitated millions of bookings, and boasting a diverse inventory of over 4 million flights, hotels, and a plethora of options worldwide, the brand is making remarkable strides. Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Arun Kumar Rajendran , Senior Director of Marketing & Demand Generation, (LinkedIn). Role Type: Full Time. What will be expected from you? - Own and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings, increase high-quality organic traffic, and enhance overall brand visibility. - Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance, crawlability, and a seamless user experience. - Implement and manage structured data (schema markup) and fix HTML/CSS issues that may affect site indexing and rankings. - Plan, manage, and execute a content roadmap aligned with SEO and business goals, targeting strategic keywords to increase reach and relevance. - Ensure all content is plagiarism-free, regularly updated, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the brand's tone, messaging, and goals. - Update and optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, internal linking structures, and headers across the site and blog. - Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to extract insights, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion funnels. - Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices while maintaining and optimizing Google My Business listings. - Use AI-powered tools for enhanced keyword research, content generation, performance insights, and workflow automation to drive smarter, faster results. Who'll be an ideal candidate?. Qualification BE/B TECH or MBA in Marketing/SEO Certification. Should have experience between 2-5 years. Should have expertise in on-page and off-page SEO. Experience in a similar setup with SaaS and B2B websites will be an added advantage.
