Overview:

The Business Finance Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between operations, finance, and management driving financial clarity, operational efficiency, and intelligent automation across the organization. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and an ability to translate data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Financial Strategy:

- Evaluate all processes and operations from a business impact lens assessing revenue,cost, cash, and profit implications.

- Support leadership in financial decision-making through scenario modeling, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.

- Build frameworks for monitoring financial health and operational performance.

Investor and Management Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain periodic management and investor reports.

- Track and interpret financial and SaaS metrics.

- Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders and board presentations.

Automation & Process Optimization:

- Leverage AI and analytics tools to automate manual financial and reporting workflows.

- Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy, speed, and reliability in financial reporting and reconciliations.

Operational Finance & Reconciliation:

- Manage reconciliation

- Monitor cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate daily cash positions.

Revenue, Expense & Cash Management:

- Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and working capital management practices.

- Provide insights into margin and cost control opportunities.

Supplier & Treasury Management:

- Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring optimal payment terms and contract compliance.

- Oversee treasury operations including banking, investments, and liquidity planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field(CA/CFA/MBA preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or similar roles preferably in tech-driven environments.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.

- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, accounting tools, and data visualization platforms.

- Working knowledge of automation/AI tools in finance
