About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in winning projects via Upwork for custom web and mobile app development.

This role also includes managing a small team to ensure consistent lead generation, proposal quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork for web and mobile solutions.

- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for client needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver successful projects.

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of business development executives to achieve individual and team targets.

- Review and approve proposals before submission to ensure quality and competitiveness.

- Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing training and feedback to improve results.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of business development experience with strong Upwork expertise.

- Proven record of closing high-value projects for custom web and mobile apps.

- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Understanding of web and mobile technologies to pitch effectively
