
Description:
- Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, technology needs, and project requirements.
- Present and pitch relevant IT services, including web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
- Conduct client calls, product demos, and negotiate terms to secure project approvals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Provide weekly reports on sales progress, challenges, and key metrics.
- Research and implement innovative lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Refine communication templates, LinkedIn messaging, and calling techniques to improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and global market opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Understanding of web/mobile development, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones and international markets
