ITC Infotech is hiring for Data Privacy Manager- Bangalore.

Designation: Senior Manager.

Location: Bangalore.

Expertise Area: Data Privacy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Must have a flair for Privacy, Data Protection. Must be very good at communication skills oral and written.

2. Must have worked in the privacy domain for at least 7 years.

3. Responsible for ensuring DPIAs are done for all new projects to determine GDPR applicability.

4. Review DPIAs and work with Delivery/Sales/Support functions for Vendors (Controller and Processor) Updates and maintains updated privacy training material.

5. Provides guidance to teams on implementation of the privacy related controls and performs periodic data privacy audits, under the direction of the Data Protection Officer.

6. Assist Data Protection Officer with any regulatory queries from EU authorities/Internal/External auditors.

7. End to end operations management related to data protection compliance for the organization. Conduct review of action items and drive closure
