Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruitment Manager to lead our Product Engineering hiring vertical. In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our technical leadership and the external talent market, driving the end-to-end acquisition of top-tier engineering talent. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global clients to ensure that our recruitment strategy aligns with the companys product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for product engineering roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define technical talent requirements.

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships by providing data-driven insights and market intelligence.

- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Execute specialized hiring strategies for GCC operations, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

- Oversee talent management initiatives, including pipeline development and candidate engagement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in technical recruitment, specifically within product-based organizations.

- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-performing recruitment teams.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics.

- A professional degree or equivalent qualification, complemented by 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and account management.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience supporting Product Companies, Engineering Services organizations, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

- Strong market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.

- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, SLA management, and delivery governance.

- Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
