- Analysis of the requirements with respect to source, skills, experience and assigning the same to the team members with time frame to achieve the same - Data mining, screening and short listing of profiles of the candidates from the database as per the requirements. - Responsible for managing the recruitment process including gathering of requirements, analyzing the requirements, short listing profiles validating them, scheduling interviews, closing the cases and checking the references. - Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up. - Effectively utilize hiring channels- Social Media &amp; Internal channels; Worked extensively on Job portals Naukri, Monster, Times-job &amp; other job portals - Understand the requirements in detail and assess the candidates potential to match the role - Coordinate with the candidates for understanding their profile, schedule for test, set up interviews with business leads, keep candidates informed about the stage of selections that they have reached or did not reach and follow the process for final offers - Maintaining and updating recruitment database files, Excel sheets and daily reports. Salary offered - 5-10 LPA
