IT Project Manager - ERP Systems - Logistics/Transport Industry

IT Project Manager (ERP & IT Systems).

Location: Delhi.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in ERP management / IT project management (preferably in logistics/transport industry).

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of our existing Efleet ERP system and drive the development of new IT projects for the company.

- This role will be the bridge between business operations, ERP vendor (Efleet Systems), and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, integration, and optimization of technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day ERP functioning, troubleshooting, and user support.

- Coordinate with Efleet vendor team for issue resolution, system upgrades, and new module development.

- Monitor ERP performance, downtime, and user adoption; ensure business continuity.

- Ensure all business processes (Billing, POD, MIS, Fleet Management, Finance, etc.) are captured and running effectively in ERP.

- Lead planning, execution, and rollout of new IT projects (dashboards, automation tools, apps, integration with external platforms, etc.

- Prepare project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor deliverables.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Work with internal MIS, Finance, and Operations teams to design IT solutions aligned with business needs.

- Manage internal IT/MIS team, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability.

- Liaise with ERP vendor, software providers, and external consultants.

- Conduct training for employees to improve ERP usage and IT adoption.

- Establish SOPs and documentation for ERP and IT systems.

- Create regular IT dashboards and MIS reports for management review.

- Ensure compliance with data security and IT policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in ERP management / IT project management (preferably in logistics/transport industry).

- Strong understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, Logistics, MIS, Billing, POD, Fleet Management).

- Experience in vendor management and IT implementations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
