IT Project Manager - Digital Transformation - Consulting

Job Description:

Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for digital transformation initiatives.

- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalate issues as required.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance.

Digital Transformation Support:

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.

- Support implementation of digital tools, automation, cloud solutions, and process optimization initiatives.

- Drive adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.

- Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and executive updates.

- Ensure alignment between business needs and IT deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and action logs.

- Document project deliverables, risks, decisions, and lessons learned.

- Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership visibility.
