- PMO Standards: Ensure all projects are initiated, executed, and closed following defined PMO standards and documentation requirements within the GCC.

- Budget Tracking: Track and report project expenditures against the approved budget, managing variances and forecasting costs accurately.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Status Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and timely status updates (progress, risks, issues) directly to the CIO, Business Sponsors, and steering committees across time zones.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the GCC technical team, regional business partners, the Quality & Release Manager, and central EAI/Data teams.

- Change Management Support: Work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead to integrate communication, training, and user adoption plans int

- Proactive Problem Solver: A forward-thinking approach to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop creative solutions quickly to maintain project momentum.

- Structured and Organized: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required for managing complex dependencies in multi-country
