
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, people management skills, and hands-on understanding of web and mobility technologies to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create detailed work plans, allocate resources, and set timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Team & Stakeholder Management :
- Assemble and lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the team has the required tools/training.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Risk & Change Management :
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans.
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, and recommend solutions.
Budget & Quality Management :
- Develop and manage the project budget, track expenses, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements to meet standards.
Documentation & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including schedules, plans, and reports.
- Oversee project closure activities, including final evaluations and reports.
Technology Expertise :
- Strong understanding of web and mobility technologies to comprehend technical challenges and solutions.
- Work with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Methodologies :
- Work with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, depending on organizational requirements.
Preferred Skills & Certifications :
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Agile / Waterfall project management practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM (preferred but not mandatory).
